Tracking Exhaustion
Using a 1–10 scale, track your fatigue this week (1 = Very low fatigue/high energy; 10 = Very high fatigue/low energy). If possible, jot down your rating in the moment (in the morning, around noon, and in the evening), as opposed to at the end of the day in retrospect.

When you feel really tired, it can be hard to accurately assess how tired you are. Allocating a numeric value to your exhaustion can help you gain perspective and insight into your physical and emotional experiences.
